Feis Focus is a web-based application designed to help Irish dance families track competitions (feiseanna), manage dancer information, record attendance, and maintain competition results. The App provides tools for organizing and tracking Irish dance competition data.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Data

You are responsible for all content you submit to Feis Focus, including:

• Dancer names, ages, and competition information
• Competition results and attendance records
• RSVP and registration information

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit this information, particularly regarding minors under your care.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy rights
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Competition Information

Feis Focus provides information about Irish dance competitions (feiseanna) for informational purposes. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competition details. Always verify critical information directly with the competition organizers.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, graphics, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Feis Focus and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Feis Focus SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as Google OAuth for authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
